At Hilltopstay, we aim to provide a smooth and personalized booking experience. Since we currently do not use an automated booking system on our website, all bookings are handled manually via phone or WhatsApp.
๐ Booking Process
Guests are required to contact us through:
- Phone Call or WhatsApp Message
- A partial amount may be collected in advance to confirm the booking
- The remaining balance is paid at the time of check-out
๐ Refund Eligibility
We understand that plans may change, and we try to be as accommodating as possible. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
โ Eligible for Refund
- A full or partial refund can be requested up to 1 day (24 hours) before the check-in date and time.
- Refund requests must be communicated directly through phone or WhatsApp.
โ Not Eligible for Refund
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in time.
- If a guest fails to check in and does not contact us (no-show or ghosting), no refund will be issued.

- If a guest is eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or UPI/bank transfer, as applicable.
