At Hilltopstay, we aim to provide a smooth and personalized booking experience. Since we currently do not use an automated booking system on our website, all bookings are handled manually via phone or WhatsApp.


๐Ÿ“ž Booking Process

Guests are required to contact us through:

  • Phone Call or WhatsApp Message
  • A partial amount may be collected in advance to confirm the booking
  • The remaining balance is paid at the time of check-out

๐Ÿ”„ Refund Eligibility

We understand that plans may change, and we try to be as accommodating as possible. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

โœ… Eligible for Refund

  • A full or partial refund can be requested up to 1 day (24 hours) before the check-in date and time.
  • Refund requests must be communicated directly through phone or WhatsApp.

โŒ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in time.
  • If a guest fails to check in and does not contact us (no-show or ghosting), no refund will be issued.

๐Ÿ’ธ Refund Process

  • If a guest is eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or UPI/bank transfer, as applicable.
